Iranian Resistance Reveals Iran Regime’s Missile Program

Lawmakers in Iran have said that these firings are more than just a warning to terrorists – they are also an indication of Iran’s dismissal of US Congress initiatives to tackle issues with Iran.

The IRGC said that the firings at the weekend were Iran’s retaliation for the attacks that took place in the country’s capital. Just after the attacks, the IRGC said it would get revenge on the terrorists, as well as its supporters and affiliates. They say that several terrorists were killed and their equipment destroyed.

Although Iran is involved in numerous conflicts across the region, the Tehran Times said that this strike was Iran’s first “direct military move” since the eighties.

Since the civil war started in Syria, Iran has been involved. It has been propping up Assad and backing proxies to fight on their behalf for years. However, Iran is not thought to have used ballistic missiles on a foreign target since the Iran-Iraq war.

Iran said that this is the start of a new era in its fight against terrorists which it believes are helped by the United States and its allies in the region. A spokesperson said that Iran has dealt a “shattering blow” to ISIS but has also sent a warning that it will not accept plots against the Islamic Republic and more specifically, it will not pay any attention to the bills that the US Senate is passing.

The Trump administration is addressing the ballistic missile threats that the previous administration failed to acknowledge.

The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), the main opposition, is planning a conference in Washington to provide information about Iran’s missile program which is advancing at a rapid pace. They will reveal the location of missile sites and will provide details about the actual missiles.

The Iranian Foreign Minister, Javad Zarif, recently said on social media that the country’s missiles are there to protect the people, saying that it is “lawful self-defense” and indicating that the regime’s goal is to eradicate terrorist threats.
The chief of staff of the country’s armed forces said that the Islamic Republic is one of the biggest missile powers because of the “blood of martyrs and efforts made by domestic scientists”.

Another official said that the recent strike was a “warning” to those interfering in the region.
