INU - Nizar Zakka a citizen of Lebanon who is imprisoned in Evin prison at Tehran is facing stomach haemorrhage... he refuses using perfusion or medicines as well as going to prisons dispensary.

Nizar Zakka, 50, has U.S green card and is an expert of communication and information who works for a non-profit information institute in the United States.

On 18 September 2015 in his fifth trip to Iran, he was arrested by security agents at Tehran and was imprisoned in Evin prison.

Last year Nizar Zakka was convicted to 10 years prison and 4 million 200 thousand dollars fine.

Security authorities in Iran and the IRGC accuse Nizar Zakka to be a “spy that collaborates with enemy”. A charge that was denied by his family.
