Commission of Iranian regime’s Parliament: In the 4000 files of thievery and embezzlement we did not see appropriate to announce those who are affiliated with the government.According to the Chair of the Commission of Principle 90 (this commission looks into charges brought against government officials) of regime’s Parliament, in the Persian year of 2013-2014, this commission had around 4000 cases of breaches, embezzlements and thievery that were forwarded to this commission. Amongst them the most important were the import of luxury vehicles, breaches and bribery in football, confiscation of land, monopolies and smuggling. The commission is following up these cases.

Regime’s official news agency IRNA reported on March 25 that referring to the statements by Vali-e faqih Khamenei on March 20 to call the current year a year with Jihadi management, Mohammad Bagherzadeh, Commander of the Committee to Search for the Bodies of the Death of the War with Iraq, said: “While the armed forces play a great part in building the culture and are on the frontline of culture, we have no representative of these forces in the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution. Therefore, we are requesting that Mr. Jazaeri, Deputy in the Basij Affairs of the Revolutionary Guards, participates in the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution.”

In his speech on the occasion of the beginning of the Iranian New Year, Khamenei questioned the holocaust.This speech has been reported on March 22 by IRNA, the mullahs’ regime official news agency. Ali Khamenei who was speaking in Mashhad (capital of Khorassan Province, northeastern Iran) said: “In Europe, no one dares to express doubt about the holocaust whose reality and what has unfolded is unknown; then they expect us to ignore the red lines of the revolution and Islam.”

Ahmad Tavakoli, Member of Parliament on the Budget and Planning Commission, said: “We have reached a state of systematic corruption. The term ‘systemic corruption’ is used to describe a state where institutions that are tasked to battle corruption in the judiciary branch, the security forces and the Majlis are themselves corrupt to an extent. Here is an example of common corruption in Iran: by making links between senior figures, one can reach some objectives and even high-ranking bank directors can help them when a parliamentarian is told not to bring the issue to the Energy Commission.” 

In an interview with the state-run IRNA news agency on March 9th, Deputy Prosecutor General Abdolsamad Khoramabadi said: “If it is proven that removing filters on Facebook in some parts of the country was initiated by pertinent officials, they will be seriously dealt with. Filtering of Facebook stands as is.

Mullah Mohammadreza Touyserkani, representative of the supreme leader in the Basij Force, affiliated with the IRGC, said: “Regarding management of the internet there are different perspectives that do not adhere to our government. We need to impose the restrictions dictated by Sharia and the government and we should not be ashamed of doing it.”
