IRAN: Angry Protesters Block Road in Urmia

By INU Staff

INU - On Wednesday, August 7, residents of the Bridge District of 3 Khordad in the city of Urmia, northwest of Iran, blocked the roadway in protest to the absence of pedestrian overpass and the occurrence of successive road accidents.

Corruption and incompetence by the Iranian regime's officials and their disregard for the lives of the Iranian people and wasting the country’s income on intervention and warmongering in other countries has prevented the Iranian people from prosperity and progress.
