Dismayed at the worsening human rights situation in Iran, the former U.S. Senator foresaw a Resistance that would “continue, stronger and stronger until a new Iran emerges; a more secular Iran, a democratic Iran, an Iran that does not support terror.”
The Free Iran rally is being held on Saturday by supporters of the main Iranian opposition group People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI), also known as the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK).
