Sheikh Rafi Rafii, Mufti of Iraq, that the dialogue with the government of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki «no avail him», describing what is happening in the city of Fallujah, which is encircled by the Iraqi army, claiming control of the armed organization of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant «Daash »them as« genocide».
