Former Member of the Norwegian Parliament, Lars Rise, discusses the mistakes many in the western media are making by describing Rouhani as a “moderate” selection. “I think this is overoptimistic. In fact I think this is wrong. Because there are so few candidates that were approved (to run for President),” said Rise. He continued by adding that in order to be approved we all know that person can’t have different viewpoints than the current Regime.
