NEW IRANIAN RHETORIC

The Daily Caller on Monday quoted a senior Iranian military official’s response to the situation in Gaza, thus giving further evidence of a strong Iranian role in that conflict. Speaking rhetorically to the people of Israel, Brigadier General Hossein Salami said, “We will chase you house to house and will take revenge for every drop of blood of our martyrs in Palestine, and this is the beginning point of Islamic nations awakening for your defeat.”

IRAN: MORE STATEMENTS ON GAZA

On Wednesday, various Iranian officials continued the trend of delivering daily statements and speeches urging a firm anti-Israeli stance on the crisis in the Gaza Strip. Multiple members of the Iranian parliament explicitly endorsed Supreme Leader Khamenei’s request that the Muslim world channel weapons into the hands of Palestinians so that they can expand their fight to the West Bank. Khamenei himself renewed this call to action, as well.

Iranian regime uses civilian airport to smuggle weapons to terrorist groups

NCRI- The International Airport in Tehran has been turned to a hub for arms shipments to the regime of Bashar al-Assad in Syria, the Hezbollah in Lebanon and other militant groups in the Middle East and the Arab world by the Iranian regime's terrorist Quds Force of the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC), according to the information by Western intelligence, a German daily reported.

IRAN IN GAZA

The Daily Beast on Monday featured an editorial by the Israeli Minister of Economy in which he stated unequivocally that Iran is largely to blame for the ongoing and globally contentious crisis in the Gaza Strip. Naftali Bennett, who is also the chairman of the Jewish Home Party, pointed to Iran as one of the main sources of financing and logistical support for both Hamas and Islamic Jihad, claiming that this exposes Iran as the main source of regional instability “for the umpteenth time.”

Iranian officials evade trial on Argentina bombing

On Friday 18 July, the people of Argentina commemorated the twentieth anniversary of the bombing of a Jewish center in Buenos Aires, in which 85 people were killed and 300 others wounded. To date, the perpetrators of the blast have never been brought to trial. Commemoration of the victims of this accident was held on Friday with the sounding of sirens and a reading of the names of the victims, scheduled at the same time that the explosion took place in 1994 at the Jewish Argentine Israelite Mutual Association, or AMIA center.
