Iranian regime’s criminal ‘Justice Minister’ to visit Iraq tomorrow

On March 9, Pour-Mohammadi, hideously demanded the extradition of members of the People’s Mpjahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK)  stationed in Camp Liberty to the murderers ruling Iran. He said: “The handover of PMOI members to Iran does not need a request, but if the Iraqi Justice Minister has made such a suggestion, we will again lodge an official request to turn them .. this matter does not need a special request by us … these PMOI members should be dealt their punishment.” (Fars news agency affiliated with the IRGC). Statements by Pour-Mohammadi, indicate the ominous intents of the mullahs’ regime and its subordinate government in Iraq to carry out another massacre in Camp Liberty.

The Iranian Resistance has already warned to the U.S. and UN officials for immediate and effective action to protect the Camp Liberty residents.

In 1988, the Iranian regime executed some 30,000 political prisoners, mostly members of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK)  held inside Iranian jails. The deliberate and systematic manner in which these extrajudicial executions took place constitute a crime against humanity under international law.

Mustafa Pour-Mohammadi was a member of the three-person committee that ordered prisoners held in Tehran’s notorious Evin prison to their summary executions.
