INU - On December 7, 2017 in the U.S. Senate a conference was held by the Organization of Iranian American Communities in which, General James Jones, Speaker Gingrich, Ambassador Bloomfield talked about the their views on the new U.S. policy in Iran, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, send a message to this conference in which she mentioned that: “It is a great pleasure to have the opportunity to address your conference. Maryam Rajavi then raised an important question:
Is there a solution for the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, or we have to accept the status quo as a reality and let the forces of darkness decide everything?”.
Rajavi answered this question and said: Yes, there is a solution.

INU - December 10th was Human Rights Day, but this year is unusual, when you consider what is occurring in Iran. The country’s human rights record displays a number of abuses. In fact, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has published a book called "Iran: Where Mass Murderers Rule: The 1988 Massacre of 30,000 Political Prisoners and the Continuing Atrocities.”

INU - Members of the European Union Parliament held a panel debate on EU policy on Iran, in which they condemned Iran’s human rights record, nefarious regional conduct, and ballistic missile programme, on Wednesday, December 6.

The Friends of a Free Iran (FOFI) intergroup met in Brussels and their overwhelming decision was that regime change in Iran is necessary for the security of the Middle East and that the EU must condition its relationship with Iran on an improvement to human rights.

Iranian opposition leader Maryam Rajavi has urged all Iranians to rush to the aid of the victims of a major deadly earthquake that hit Iran's western Kermanshah Province on November 12.

In a ceremony on November 20 with members of the main Iranian opposition People's Mojahedin (PMOI or MEK) in Tirana, Albania to mark the tragedy, Maryam Rajavi said: "We have gathered to commemorate our fellow countrymen and women who lost their lives in the earthquake that struck Kermanshah Province. We are here to express our sympathies with those injured and wounded in this terrible incident and the tens of thousands of families whose homes were ruined and destroyed."
