Spain arrests four on charge of sending smuggled equipment to Iranian regime

Spanish police stated that they have arrested three Spanish and one Iranian who intended to send dual-use equipment to Iran. These four persons were arrested in the cities of Barcelona, Tarragona and Palma Dekayorka. They are charged with membership in criminal groups, money laundering, and smuggling equipments that have dual usage (military and industrial).

Mark Kirk (R-IL) wrote President Barack Obama on Monday asking him to warn Iran that suspended sanctions could be reimposed if the country tries to violate the November 2013 plan that established a short-term freeze of parts of Iran's nuclear program.
