Saturday, October 15, 2022, is the 30th day of the nationwide uprising of the Iranian people and strikes which are restless continuing. So far, protests have been recorded in more than 190 cities. More than 400 people have been killed and more than 20,000 have been arrested.

Some of the deadliest unrest has been in areas home to ethnic minorities with long-standing grievances against the state, including Kurds in the northwest and Baluchis in the southeast.

Amnesty International said at least 23 children have been killed by security forces in Iran during the protests. The victims, aged between 11 and 17, include 20 boys and 3 girls.

Yesterday Iranian regime supreme leader Ali Khamenei in fear of the expanding protests, the people’s resistance, and a downfall said that no one can uproot his regime. This comment was accompanied by the comments of the people who mocked him and rejoice in their triumph, putting him in such a miserable situation.

And on the same day, shortly after nightfall, people took to the streets and continued their protests. Cities in which the regime faced the most resistance included, Tehran, Karaj, Ilam, Fouladshahr, Shahinshahr, Arak, Baneh, Qom, Yazd, Quds city, Ahvaz, Bukan, Mashhad, Abhar, Shiraz, Kermanshah, Marivan, Saqqez, and Mirjaveh.

Now slogans like “the beginning of the end”, “death to the dictator” and “death to Khamenei” has become common.
