•Request an appointment of a new, truly impartial Special Representative that assumes responsibility over Camp Ashraf and Liberty on behalf of the United Nations.

•Request the Secretary-General and Security Council establish an impartial fact finding committee to investigate the missile attacks against Camp Liberty.

•Impel the Iraqi government to revoke existing blockades, including the medical blockades imposed on both Camp Ashraf and Liberty.
