Resistance Units displayed slogans across Tehran, Mashhad, Karaj, Bandar Abbas, Ilam, and other cities, reaffirming their opposition to dictatorship and their commitment to a free Iran.

Iran’s Resistance Units carried out a series of slogan-displaying activities on October 22, marking the anniversary of the designation of Maryam Rajavi as the NCRI’s president-elect for the transition of sovereignty to the Iranian people. Messages displayed across several cities emphasized democracy, freedom, equality, and the vision of a future Iran free from dictatorship and executions.

The activities took place in Tehran, Shahr-e Qods, Mashhad, Karaj, Hashtgerd, Bandar Abbas, and Ilam. Their slogans highlighted Maryam Rajavi’s Ten-Point Plan as a framework for a democratic future and presented the struggle against the ruling regime as part of a long and painful confrontation with repression, executions, and mass killings.

Messages for a Democratic Iran Across Multiple Cities

In Tehran’s Golayel Street, Resistance Units displayed the slogan: “Guaranteeing a Free Iran Tomorrow With Maryam Rajavi’s Ten-Point Plan.” The message underscored the movement’s emphasis on a defined political alternative based on democratic principles rather than another form of dictatorship.

In Mashhad, activities at the Sazman-e Ab and Azizi Boulevard locations promoted the Ten-Point Plan and the vision of democracy and freedom under Maryam Rajavi’s leadership. Another display on Andisheh Boulevard carried the message: “Democracy and Freedom With Maryam Rajavi.”

In Karaj, slogans at Kharazmi Boulevard described Maryam Rajavi as a model of perseverance and resistance against the clerical dictatorship. At Golshahr Boulevard, the message emphasized “Freedom and Equality With Maryam Rajavi,” while a display at Eskandari Square declared: “It Is Possible and Necessary to Liberate Iran.”

The same message of a free Iran appeared in Hashtgerd, near Karaj, where Resistance Units displayed the slogan “A Free Iran With Maryam Rajavi” on Goldasht Street.

Rejecting Dictatorship and Defending the Right to Freedom

The activities extended beyond Tehran and the central provinces. In Bandar Abbas, on Meraj Street, Resistance Units promoted the message of democracy and freedom with Maryam Rajavi. In Ilam, on 12 Bahman Boulevard, a slogan described her as the best model for resistance and perseverance.

In Shahr-e Qods, messages appeared on both Kheibar Street and Imamzadeh Boulevard. They emphasized the prospect of a future Iran associated with Maryam Rajavi and the movement’s democratic alternative.

Taken together, the slogans conveyed a consistent political message: Iran’s future must be built on freedom, equality, and popular sovereignty, not on the continuation of authoritarian rule.

The Ten-Point Plan as a Framework for Iran’s Future

The repeated references to Maryam Rajavi’s Ten-Point Plan placed the October 22 activities within the Iranian Resistance’s broader campaign for a democratic republic. The plan advocates universal suffrage and free elections, freedom of expression and assembly, the separation of religion and state, gender equality, the abolition of the death penalty, and an independent judiciary, among other democratic principles.

The emphasis on a future free from executions and mass killings also connected the activities to the Resistance’s longstanding opposition to the regime’s use of capital punishment and political repression.

By marking the anniversary of Maryam Rajavi’s designation as president-elect for the transition of sovereignty to the Iranian people, the Resistance Units reaffirmed their rejection of both the current clerical dictatorship and the restoration of monarchy. Their message was one of a democratic republic founded on the will of the Iranian people.

The October 22 activities presented this vision across multiple cities, keeping the demand for freedom and equality at the center of the struggle for Iran’s future.
